For more than two decades, I have walked the educational journey from multiple perspectives—as a parent of children with disabilities, a special education teacher, a homeschool educator, a disability advocate, a Master IEP Coach®, and a ministry leader serving families impacted by disability.

These experiences have provided opportunities to learn, grow, and develop practical strategies that help children, families, educators, churches, and communities better support individuals with unique abilities. Today, I have the privilege of sharing those lessons through conferences, workshops, trainings, retreats, parent groups, educational organizations, churches, and community events.

My goal is not simply to share information. My desire is to encourage, equip, and empower families and professionals with practical tools, greater understanding, and renewed confidence as they serve children and individuals with diverse needs.
