Christian Mental Health Coaching and Educational Mentoring

 Christian Mental Health Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that helps individuals grow in self-awareness, strengthen their relationship with God, navigate life's challenges, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. Coaching focuses on the present and future by helping individuals identify obstacles, develop practical strategies, and take intentional steps toward personal, emotional, spiritual, and relational growth. My approach integrates biblical truth, practical tools, listening prayer, and Christ-centered support while recognizing that true healing and lasting transformation ultimately come through Jesus Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit. 

 Mental health coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. Licensed counselors and therapists diagnose and treat mental health conditions and provide clinical care. As a Mental Health Coach, I do not diagnose mental health disorders, provide psychotherapy, or replace licensed medical or mental health professionals.

Instead, coaching focuses on personal growth, goal setting, mindset, accountability, life transitions, spiritual development, and practical strategies for moving forward. Individuals experiencing significant mental health concerns should seek support from a licensed mental health professional. Coaching can often complement professional counseling but is not a substitute for clinical care.

 No. Limitless Ability Educational Services no longer provides direct advocacy representation, attends IEP meetings as an advocate, or offers legal advice. Instead, I provide parent training, workshops, educational resources, and practical guidance designed to help parents become informed, confident advocates for the children God has entrusted to their care.

I am not an attorney and do not provide legal services. My goal is to equip parents with knowledge, understanding, and effective advocacy skills so they can confidently navigate educational systems and make informed decisions for their families.

 No. While my coaching, teaching, and ministry are grounded in biblical truth and my relationship with Jesus Christ, individuals from all backgrounds are welcome. I believe every person is created in the image of God and deserving of dignity, respect, compassion, and support. My faith informs everything I do, and I am always transparent about that foundation, but no one is required to share my beliefs in order to participate in coaching, training, or events.
